Delete records inside the app
From the app you can permanently delete:
- Insurance cards
- Uploaded policy PDFs
- Vehicle profiles
- Incident records (with photos, notes, witnesses)
- Photos and videos
- Witness contacts
- Emergency contacts
- AI chat history
- Generated letters
Deleted records are removed from active systems within 30 days. Encrypted backups roll off within 90 days.
Delete your entire account
Send us a request and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated records.
You need to sign in first to request deletion of your account.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account: profile, login, cards, policies, vehicles, incidents, photos, witnesses, contacts, chat history, letters, and analytics tied to your user ID.
